What Are Your Delivery charges?
Free Delivery for orders above £100 -  When your laser kit has been made and processed, delivery is approx 2-3 working days Standard Delivery (UK Only)  £4.95 – When your laser kit has been made and processed, delivery is approx 2-3 working days Europe - £15.00 - Delivery can be up to 21 days Canada & United States - £32.00 - Delivery can be up to 21 days
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery will normally be within 3-5 days (UK Only) from the date of processing the order (We do not process items during the weekend). Some kits are made once we receive your order. Postage times are 2-3 days (UK Only) *Please note turntables will take longer from the order as these are built to order. These will be sent direct. Any items on 'Back Order' may take a little longer, so please bear this in mind before contacting us. Delivery for shipping abroad will take considerably longer, so please allow up to 21 days.
Do you ship to other countries?
We can now ship our laser cut depot kits to parts of Europe, Canada and United States. Postage costs are dependant on which country you live in. If we do not have your country on our shipping list, please contact us.
What Payment methods Do You Take?
At present, we only take payment through Bank Transfer or Paypal, so you can use your Paypal account or if you have a debit/credit card through this online payment system too.
How Secure Is Shopping On Your Site?
We take our customers security as a high priority. We have an SSL certificate and also security with Paypal's payment gateway.
What Happens After Ordering?
Once you complete the order, we will process the order. This takes about 24-48hrs. After laser cutting your kit and processing the order, we will schedule it for delivery through Royal Mail or other such providers if required.
What If My Item Gets Lost In The Post?
If your item(s) do not arrive within the given period above, please use our Product Support Form and we will reply on the best course of action to take.
What Do I Do If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?
In order to process any claim, we will need to be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the damaged item. Photographic evidence will be needed for any claims of damage including packaging. If you notice the packaging is damaged on arrival, please notify the delivery person of this and sign accordingly with 'damaged parcel' and please photograph the damage to assist us with your claim.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order with us. If you have received the item/s, or they are currently being shipped to you, then these will need to be returned as sold and 'unopened' We are unable to offer any refunds with items that have been opened. You will be liable for any return postage cost and this must be sent back via a fully tracked an insured company and we advise to use the Royal Mail. If we have not sent out your item/s, then we will refund your monies in full.
