ALL of our design kits have used Peco trackwork. On OO gauge, we have used code 75 but code 100 should still work. If in doubt, please check before fitting any track within one of our kits.
Since we have over 50 products available, postage rates are dependant on the total weight of your order. This cost can be seen within your 'basket' and will change according to the amount of items purchased.
Delivery will be dependant on whether the item you have ordered is in stock or has to be made for you (We do not process items during the weekend). Processing time can vary between 3-28 days. This will vary on the item(s) that you have ordered and on what particular date as I am only on the laser a certain number of days each month. If you want a more accurate delivery time, then please use the contact form to discuss your requirements and I will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time. Any items on 'Back Order' may take a little longer, so please bear this in mind before contacting us. Delivery for shipping abroad may take considerably longer.
We can now ship our laser cut kits to parts of Europe, Canada, and United States. However, postage pricing on this web site is for UK addresses only, so please use the contact form to get in touch with the item(s) that you are interested in purchasing and your postcode and country. We will then respond with a full price for the order and International tracked/signed postage.
At present, we only take payment through Bank Transfer or Paypal, so you can use your Paypal account or if you have a debit/credit card through this online payment system too.
We take our customers security as a high priority. We have an SSL certificate and also security with Paypal's payment gateway.
Once you complete the order, we will process the order. This takes about 24-48hrs. After laser cutting your kit and processing the order, we will schedule it for delivery through Royal Mail or other such providers if required.
If your item(s) do not arrive within the given period above, please use our Product Support Form and we will reply on the best course of action to take.
In order to process any claim, we will need to be notified within 24 hours of you receiving the damaged item. Photographic evidence will be needed for any claims of damage including packaging. If you notice the packaging is damaged on arrival, please notify the delivery person of this and sign accordingly with 'damaged parcel' and please photograph the damage to assist us with your claim.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order with us. If you have received the item/s, or they are currently being shipped to you, then these will need to be returned as sold and 'unopened' We are unable to offer any refunds with items that have been opened. You will be liable for any return postage cost and this must be sent back via a fully tracked an insured company and we advise to use the Royal Mail. If we have not sent out your item/s, then we will refund your monies in full.
